EYELASH & EYEBROW

Tinting is great for those fine fair hairs that you can barely see. Tinting them will make them appear darker, giving you a fuller effect. Great if you have allergies to mascara or swimmers who like to keep there eyes looking defined without make-up.
I use Belmacil, it is a strong, lasting lash tint that doesn’t use a harsh chemical load to work, making the tinting process a gentle one.
